Watch-O-Mat is a web based watch repair company. Our home office is located in Maple Shade, NJ and we have affiliates who are located all over the United States. We are set up to expedite your fine watch repair by always assigning the best person for any given job. We accomplish this by evaluating each repair job, as it is created, and then selecting a master watch maker who is trained and authorized for that particular brand from our network of partners. We mail you a padded box that is pre-addressed to the selected craftsman with the postage and insurance already covered. All you have to do is place your broken watch in the box and seal it with the tamper evident tape that we also provide. It’s that easy.
We are proud to service most fine Swiss and Japanese watch brands including Rolex, Cartier, Tag Heuer and Omega. We also take pride in working on vintage watches. Watch-O-Mat is the Factory Authorized Service Center for all Russian watches in North America.
